Director, Finance at Stamps.com Inc. in El Segundo, CA
Essential Position Duties (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives):
Lead quarterly and annual budget process, including the development of revenue forecasts, expense forecasts, capital expenditures, and balance sheet Work with individual departments and subsidiaries to prepare budgets and consolidate them into Auctane's overall corporate budget Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data across all entities Compare historical operating results against forecasts, and perform variance analyses to explain differences in performance Track and evaluate KPIs, financial metrics, and industry data Build monthly financial reporting packages and presentations for senior management team and the Board of Directors Lead and drive analysis supporting key strategic decisions such as addressable markets, valuations, and competitive dynamics Work closely with Accounting, Marketing, and other departments to drive data collection and reporting Prepare quarterly debt compliance package Perform M&A due diligence and valuation analyses as needed Identify issues and make change recommendations to Senior Management as appropriate Establish and optimize work flows and processes relating to FP&A functions Train, develop and mentor junior team members Additional Position Duties:

Qualifications:
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related analytical discipline required; MBA preferred. Seven or more (7+) years relevant Finance experience post bachelor's degree or, Two or more (2+) years relevant Finance experience post MBA. Investment banking or management consulting experience a plus. e-Commerce background a plus. Skills and Knowledge:
Proven leadership ability Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy as deliverables will often be presented to senior management Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:
Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products. Proficient in Microsoft SQL, Tableau, Data analytics and/or NetSuite software a plus.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
