In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, graphics, and promotional materials for email campaigns.
Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication to different audience segments.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
A/B testing of email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and email marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain a clean and healthy subscriber list.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automated email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.
g.
, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
