GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Dutieso Serves as the Los Angeles Air Force Base and SMC Freedom oflnformation Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act program managerServes as the installation's Principal Advisor on all matters relating to the review and release of FOIA information.
o Analyzes and evaluates FOIA and PA requests for Los Angeles Air Force Base and SMC organizationsIncumbent is the sole expert for FOIA matters and ensure policies are strictly adhered to by providing guidance and information, to influence organizational change as deemed necessary to implement the program.
o Develop and maintain FOIA website and conduct training for installationEstablishes and maintains a FOlA website on the installation public webpage and makes frequently requested records available through links from site, with a link to the Air Force FOIA website.
o Prepares and analyzes manpower/administrative cost reports required by DoDR 5400.
