This position has the potential for Salon Manager.
Bellacures is known for its sterile procedures and its relaxing atmosphere.
We pride ourselves in not only providing exceptional customer service to our clients, but also in giving our clients the best experience each time they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering multi-line phones gracefully.
Booking appointments efficiently and correctly using MindbodyOnline (will train).
Greeting every client, whether it be over the phone or in person, with a cheerful attitude.
Ensuring that all of our clients feel right at home by giving the BEST hospitality.
Light cleaning.
Escorting clients to waiting areas/seats.
Educating guests on services.
Because we are the first point of contact for our clients, we want to always look and feel our best.
Must be presentable and clean at all times.
Attendance and punctuality are of importance! Must have open availability!! (Weekends & holidays are a must) We also encourage you to get familiar with our salon by visiting Bellacures.
