Remote Marketing Coordinator

Work Remotely and Join a Great Team! As Michael Sullivan & Associates continues to grow, we are now looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department. Applicants must reside in Southern California to be considered for this position. Some in office meetings and event attendance is required.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Event Management: Take charge of organizing and coordinating multifaceted events for multiple clients, both locally and statewide. Set budgets and propose and maintain the budget.
Client Management: Actively manage and cultivate existing client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Business Development: Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), while also identifying and securing new business opportunities that foster growth and establish valuable partnerships.
Creative Design and Production: Craft compelling visuals and materials for presentations and educational purposes, enhancing our message and engaging our target audience.
Conference and Sponsorship Coordination: Oversee the logistics, strategy, and sponsorship aspects of firm-related conferences, creating significant networking and branding opportunities.
Digital Presence and Public Relations: Contribute to the management and growth of our social media presence.
Webinar Production: Produce engaging live and recorded webinars that educate and inform our audience, leveraging technology to connect and communicate effectively.
Event Promotion and Logistics: Coordinate promotional events, ensuring smooth execution on the day, from logistics to staffing.
Client Engagement and Strategy: Devise strategic plans to meet new clients' business objectives, fostering strong, beneficial relationships.
Reporting Functions: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to design and manage spreadsheets for client requests, file reviews, and quarterly marketing reports.
Internal Database: Perform data entry as needed to ensure the organized management of client contacts, goals, and other relevant information.
Adaptable and Versatile: Assist Client Relations and Marketing team with all other duties or tasks, as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
