This is a highly visible role that operates as the point person for financial planning and analysis on Marketing side. The responsibilities require a talented individual to bridge the gap between Finance and Marketing on a daily basis. Must be an excellent communicator with an interest in leading and developing other analysts.
Provide business planning for distribution models, financial analysis, monthly and quarterly reporting / scoreboarding, forecasting, pricing, budgeting and variance analysis, database creation, statistical analysis, peer group analysis, and other ad hoc analysis.
Responsibilities
Partner with Executive leaders and Marketing Management to build value via higher sales, expense management, and short/long-term financial strategy; support the yearly corporate goals with analysis/reporting
Proactively immerse oneself in the world of marketing: become the business decision maker, understand the marketing manager's perspective/goals, and perform as though the goals were your own-operate as though the business is yours!
Succinctly and confidently present findings at the one-on-one level and at larger group settings.
Create and maintain recurring marketing reports and dashboards; perform ad hoc analysis on a regular basis
Engage in monthly business reviews with marketing management
Further facilitate the partnership between sales and marketing; seek efficiencies and eliminate redundancy
Work with marketing management to further refine the forecasting process; leverage the data available in our internal quotation system to support/validate assumptions
Develop financial models to determine the impact of what if scenarios across an increasingly complex distribution strategy
Explore potential external data sources to help support sound decision making at all levels of the organization
Create relationships across departments to help facilitate the flow of information from and to Marketing; partner with other Analysts in this goal
Help develop other team Analysts
Education
Bachelors Degree
MBA preferred
Knowledge/Skills
5 to 9 years of experience (preferably in a medium to large sized organization).
Requires EXCELLENT interpersonal communications skills, presentation skills, and significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization
Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Financial Modeling
Ability to work from the macro to the micro level and vice versa
Familiarity with accounting concepts and income statement impact
Strong quantitative analysis skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Access and ERP systems, preferably SAP
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to create and maintain reports and related processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Healthcare Industry Experience preferred
An ability to leverage systems/software to optimize process efficiency
Strong problem solving skills combined with ability to self start to execute on program initiatives are a must
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple systems to prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports and analyses.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
