Our client, an established boutique public accounting firm, is currently seeking strong Staff Auditor to join their growing practice in Greater Los Angeles area.
Main Duties &
Responsibilities:
Perform financial audits in accordance with U.S. GAAP compliance
Conduct audit planning, monitor audit budgets, and perform risk assessments
Interface with clients to discuss and plan audit related issues
Responsible for preparation of audit workpapers
Identify areas for operational improvements and systems reporting
Assist with planning and coordination of projects with team members
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of US GAAP reporting
One to two years of public accounting experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
Intermediate to advance Excel and Word skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface with various levels of management team
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
