Prosum Staffing offers a robust training program to support your success and continued growth. This training is led by our experienced internal team of management and subject matter experts who are skilled and have proven success in the technology recruiting industry.
We are looking for an eager, willing and sharp Technical Recruiter that will be responsible for the following:
Source candidates for contract, contract to hire and permanent openings with our clients; utilizing the job posting boards, resume spiders, in-house database, referrals, and other resources
Conduct thorough interviews to determine matches between candidates and job openings
Prepare and submit resumes to Account Managers
Schedule interviews for qualified candidates; prepare and debrief
Drive the offer process including extending offers and compensation consultation
Other duties as assigned

Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
Possesses an excitement for sales and drive to achieve and exceed goals
An entrepreneurial spirit and desire for the ability to increase income level
A proven track record of networking capabilities
Interest in making an impact and contribution to our growing staffing organization
A breadth of technical knowledge is highly desirable
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of agency recruiting experience
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being positive, courteous, as well as having a professional attitude under pressure.
Commitment to quality
Solid documentation and computer skills, especially with MS Outlook, Word, and Application Tracking Systems, etc.
