Engility is seeking a Global Positioning System (GPS) Systems Architecture Engineer to join our diverse GPS Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team.
The GPS SE&I Team provides specialized engineering, analysis, operations support and subject matter expertise to the GPS Directorate and other GPS customers.
The team also delivers systems engineering and analysis services to include system development, enterprise and system architecture, acquisition, testing, operations and sustainment support for existing and new GPS capabilities.
Finally, team members provide an enterprise perspective for identification and review of risks and risk mitigation plans, working to institutionalize systems engineering best practices across the GPS Directorate.
Responsibilities:
Applying model-based system engineering (MBSE) to define architectural views using the Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML) Providing enterprise architecture expertise to translate the customer's enterprise strategy into a future enterprise architecture and a transition plan to achieve that future state Researching and advising on the selection of technologies to include within the enterprise architecture that supports current and future programmatic and technical decisions Deriving mission threads and developing use cases to aid in enterprise-level verification planning Identifying proposed changes to technical baseline documents (e.
g.
, interface documents, specification documents and architecture products) Writing and delivering high-quality engineering documents suitable for distribution to SE&I technical staff/management and customer decision-makers Active participation in program discussions and meetings resulting in the submission of technical analysis and recommendations to customers Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Related Field 9 years of relevant work experience Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance Experience and expertise in the application of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (e.
g.
, UPDM and SysML) and in using EA tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational Rhapsody and Unicom System Architect Familiarity with Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Self-motivated performer with the ability to work collaboratively with enterprise systems engineering and integrated product teams Effective written and verbal communicator with experience presenting information to a group
Qualifications:
Master of Science in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics Experience designing and testing space vehicles or command and control systems GPS experience U.
S.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
