Salary Ranges includes local market supplement In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13 duties for the Professional work category are at the Full Performance work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include:
Knowledge of RTP collections, operations, investigations, and analysis as well as a wide range of concepts governing the DoD counterintelligence mission and the relation of AFOSI's counterintelligence program to the DoD counterintelligence mission and national intelligence objectives. Knowledge of the terminologies, methodologies, research, and analytical techniques applied to highly complex assignments in counterintelligence and RTP collection and analysis and the ability to apply facts and estimates derived from numerous sources to a variety of problems having difficult technical aspects. These positions require a basic knowledge and understanding of one or more of the Intelligence Community's (IC) disciplines. Note:

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of the interplay of geographical, political, military, economic, and industrial forces in various regions of the world as well as intelligence and RTP threat entities, operations, and capabilities that may be directed against USAF, DoD and other US resources. 2. Knowledge of US intelligence community policies, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities, databases, and requirements to perform intelligence research planning, operations collection, target analysis, and other intelligence collection related activities. 3. Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis and research to include link analysis and database manipulation. 4. Skill in producing finished intelligence reports and other products that are responsive to the specific needs of customers to include formulating and conducting original research; collating, organizing, and analyzing information; resolving conflicts; and presenting clear and concise findings. 5. Skill in handling classified data in accordance with established DoD procedures. 6. Ability to quickly assimilate disparate data and render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implications of such data; to make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment, experience and recognized professional standing; and to present and argue for a position effectively. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
